• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Preferred: Master's in counseling, sport management, higher education; experience in Division I academics; familiarity with university systems (EIS, Blackboard/Canvas, Teamworks/Retain).

Responsibilities

• Monitors, advises, and evaluates student athletes progress toward degree and eligibility requirements.
• Serves as primary contact between Academic Services and coaches; prepares reports for coaches and staff.
• Advises student athletes on academic progress, course selection, and campus resources.
• Assists with recruitment activities and helps prospective student athletes through preadmission process.
