Job summary

Nike Retail Supervisor in Silver Spring, MD, supports high-volume store operations and delivers the Nike guest experience. As the face of NIKE, you'll lead a team, ensure excellent service, and help customers find the right products.

This full-time role requires 38-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. You’ll learn Nike products, train peers, and contribute to store goals while enjoying benefits such as discounts and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
