• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a culinary management role within an athletic nutrition setting.
• Knowledge of nutrition needs and demands of an athlete; ability to collaborate with performance nutrition team.
• Strong understanding of menu development, food safety, and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop recipes and menus for player and coach meals with a focus on nutrient-dense foods.
• Lead culinary staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and staffing decisions in coordination with HR.
• Manage culinary budgeting, menu costing, inventory tracking and invoice processing.
