Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• B.S in Exercise Science or health-related field preferred.
• Certification: CSCS, PES or equivalent preferred; BLS within 60 days of hire.
• 1+ year coaching experience in private or college settings required.
• Strong communication skills with clients and teammates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coaches sessions with emphasis on safety and learning.
• Conducts initial musculoskeletal and performance evaluations.
• Sets appropriate goals with each client and tracks progress.
• Supports marketing, sales, and customer service as part of the performance division.
• Maintains client schedules and department equipment; follows policies.
• Collaborates with physical therapy staff for mutual clients and injuries.
