Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic or apparel design, preferably in sports.
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of garment construction, print methods, and production processes.
• High attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to take direction, apply feedback quickly, and execute with precision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for sports and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute athlete graphics across performance apparel and hardgoods based on established direction
• Prepare production tech packs including 100% artwork layout, callouts, and CADs
• Apply graphics across garment patterns, trims, and hardgoods with precision and consistency
• Ensure artwork meets production requirements including print techniques, materials, and factory standards
• Partner with product and development teams to resolve issues and maintain quality
• Support seasonal timelines by delivering accurate work on schedule
• Maintain organized files, assets, and line plans
• Support concept development through layout exploration and application of established visual direction
