Job summary

Revelyst in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Industrial Designer to contribute to Giro’s product portfolio across cycling and snow categories. You will participate from concept through production handoff, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Development, and Manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate is creative, curious, and consumer-focused, with 0-2 years of experience and strong 3D modeling, sketching, and CMF development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of professional industrial design experience.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (Rhino, Blender, SolidWorks).
• Strong sketching, visualization, and concept development skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Generate a broad range of innovative design concepts from briefs and trends.
• Create sketches, renderings, and visual communication materials.
• Support design reviews and cross-functional discussions.
• Develop and refine 3D CAD models for manufacturability.
• Create physical prototypes and support testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Brand teams.
