Job summary

Revel in Los Angeles is seeking a mid-senior Graphic Designer focused on merchandise to own the program end-to-end, from concept through production and fulfillment. You will design apparel and physical goods, manage vendors, and ensure brand consistency across conferences, events, and team culture, working with a product- and brand-driven team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in graphic/visual design with a meaningful share in merchandise or physical product design.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering-driven teams and swag.
• Experience with 3D design, rendering, or motion graphics for product visualization.
• Strong typography, illustration and layout skills with print and digital fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own Revel’s merchandise and swag program, developing new product concepts, collections, and drops.
• Concept and design apparel, swag, and physical goods from sketch to finished product.
• Manage production end-to-end: source vendors, prep print-ready files, review samples, manage budgets.
• Lead print and physical design projects for events: signage, booth elements, packaging.
• Design kits and gifting programs for customers, partners, recruits, new hires, and investors.
• Apply Revel's brand identity across physical products and flag branding needs.
• Create visual assets for merch launches: mockups, photography direction, web assets, social content.
• Contribute to video treatments and motion work to showcase products and drops.
• Partner with brand and product design to keep merchandise aligned with surfaces.
• Track performance to inform what to make next.
