Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes to understand their needs and assist their shopping experience with product knowledge and service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, and applicable laws.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
