Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lifting device.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes.
• Promote store programs (loyalty, warranty, credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment for teammates and customers.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
