You’ll help athletes find the right gear, explain product features, and support service execution with energy and passion across every interaction.

You will contribute to onboarding and training of new teammates, maintain merchandising standards, and promote participation in programs like loyalty, warranties, and private label

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product information.
• Drive sales through product recommendations aligned with athlete needs.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members as SME.
• Serve as go-to expert in designated process categories.
• Maintain athlete-first approach and ensure products are ready for purchase.
• Uphold merchandising standards including floor plans and pricing.
• Promote participation in company programs such as loyalty and warranties.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcome.
