Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lifting device.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards per floor sets, signage, and price changes.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Foster an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
