Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist athletes to understand their needs with knowledgeable service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and comply with external regulations including ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store with a can-do attitude and collaborative effort.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
