Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products.
• Anticipates athlete needs; drives sales through product recommendations and deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as SME of their area.
• Serves as go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs and maintains a welcoming environment.
