Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete; drives sales through product and services recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as SME of their store area.
• Serves as go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label cards).
• Creates a welcoming environment where teammates and athletes are treated with respect.
• Follows safety, loss prevention and SOPs, and applicable laws.
