As a Sales Teammate, you’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and promote loyalty programs, protection plans, and credit options while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
