Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
Previous retail experience, especially in sporting goods, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide clear product information.
Assists customers with product recommendations across apparel, footwear, and gear.
Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject-matter expert in store procedures.
Maintains merchandising and presentation standards, including planograms and signage.
Supports loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
Follows safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
