Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Sales Teammate to help athletes find the right products, provide personalized service, and maintain attractive merchandising in-store.

As part of a team-first environment, you will greet customers, share product knowledge, promote loyalty programs, and support sales goals while ensuring every athlete leaves confident with their purchase. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $24 per hour and includes a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
