Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Specialist - Equipment Services in the United States to deliver personalized service and drive sales through product knowledge.

You will help create an elevated athlete experience rooted in expertise and connection, engaging athletes and guiding them to the best equipment for their needs. You will also contribute to onboarding teammates, maintain store standards, and promote participation in loyalty programs while adhering to safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and providing product information.
• Onboards and trains new team members as subject matter expert in store processes.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged where and when they want.
