• Experience developing athletic footwear.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end footwear development from concept through production.
• Align with Product Management and Design on goals, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate development activities across cross-functional teams and milestones.
• Guide products through the development lifecycle and address risks.
• Own and maintain Tech Packs, BOMs, and related data within PLM systems.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and data integrity across teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet margin, cost, and quality targets.
