Athleta is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising to lead cross-site customer journeys and digital merchandising strategy for U.S. and Canada sites. You will shape discovery-to-purchase paths, optimize navigation, landing pages, and recommendations to drive conversion and basket growth.
You will set testing agendas, partner with Studio/Creative for PPOF imagery, and guide a pod-based, cross-functional team to deliver impactful results across Site, Product, Marketing, and Content teams.

The Sr. Manager, Site Merchandising - Customer Journey, Site Strategy & Product Photography on Figure (PPOF) will lead the design and execution of digital merchandising strategies that optimize how customers lands, shops, and convert across our U.S. and Canada sites. Unlike category-specific roles, this position owns cross-site customer journeys - including PLPs (Visual Navs, ISMs), navigation frameworks, landing page linking, recommendations, and outfitting, all focused on driving stronger conversion and purchase outcomes. This leader will directly influence site conversion, basket growth, and customer satisfaction by shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products online. The role is also responsible for setting and executing testing agendas and helping to structure cross-functional pods that enable seamless delivery.
$137,500.00 - $178,800.00
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
