Job summary

Comfrt LLC is seeking a Product Development Manager – Athleisure & Outerwear to own end-to-end development across assigned apparel categories, partnering with Design and overseas vendors to deliver comfortable, high-performance garments.

You will analyze sales performance, consumer insights, and market opportunities to drive product innovation, alongside costing, fit, fabrics, and production milestones, ensuring quality, speed to market and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Design, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years apparel product development or merchandising in fashion, lifestyle brands.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; PLM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and execution of assigned apparel categories.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer insights, and market opportunities to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, QA, Production, and Marketing to ensure on-time launches.
• Manage development calendars, milestones, and production handoffs.
• Oversee sampling, fit approvals, materials, costing, and product specifications.
