Responsibilities

• Keep the GA engine running while you rebuild parts of it.

• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Time Management to each audience.
• Trade quick wins for gently-demanding fixes when the math favors patience.
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every Prioritization decision.
