Qualifications

• Mentorship mindset with the ability to guide without taking over.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Steer the negotiation roadmap with nerve and humility.
• Keep your negotiation edge as the OH market shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals.
• Stitch together process improvement and relationship building into one workflow.
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share knowledge.
