Responsibilities

• Test Development: Develop test flows, test methods and validate test programs at ATE
• RMA Diagnosis: Use existing test flows to create characterization test programs
• R&D activities: Develop and deploy innovative test methodologies
• Qualification Support: Assist with chip testing to support qualification and failure verification
