Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, and wire/connector repairs.
• Support team members by explaining diagnostics and enhancing their learning.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to manage service needs.
• Participate in weekly meetings with market management to address needs and strategies for growth.
• Maintain and safeguard equipment and company vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing and diagnosing automotive systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, and other technological tools.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, electrical services, calibrations, diagnostics, and wire/connector repairs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Continuous learner, eager to develop new skills and advance careers.
• Ability to stay productive with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in an automotive shop environment.
• Energetic, motivated, passionate about the industry, and positive brand representation.
• Strong understanding of electrical diagnostic equipment like multimeters and power probes.
• Ability to read factory and non-factory service information, vehicle wiring schematics, and perform vehicle programming and calibrations.
• Must have a safe driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

Pay Range

Minimum: USD $25.00/hour

Maximum: USD $40.00/hour
