About ATE

At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we provide fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. Founded in 2019, we serve hundreds of customers, ensuring their repairs are safe and their vehicles operate as the manufacturer intended. We employ technicians nationwide and are committed to growth, training, and career advancement.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform vehicle diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
  2. Support team members by explaining diagnostics and enhancing their learning experience.
  3. Communicate with internal and external customers to coordinate services.
  4. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss needs and strategies for company growth.
  5. Maintain and safeguard equipment and company vehicles.
  6. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of automotive experience in servicing and diagnosing all systems.
  2. Strong technological skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).
  3. Experience with ADAS and electrical services (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair).
  4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  5. Continuous learner with a desire to develop new skills.
  6. Ability to remain productive with a sense of urgency.
  7. Ability to stand for long periods in an automotive shop environment.
  8. Energetic, motivated, passionate about the industry, and positive about the ATE brand.
  9. Knowledge of electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeter, power probe, resistors, etc.).
  10. Ability to read and understand service information and wiring schematics.
  11. Ability to perform vehicle programming and all levels of calibration.
  12. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  13. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
