Job summary

Dynamic Science, Inc. seeks an ATC Training Supervisor for Biggs Tower to plan and run day-shift training. Contingent on award W911S826RA015, the role focuses on classroom and self-study instruction, with responsibility for course materials and trainee qualification in accordance with TC 3-04.15.

Qualifications include Army fixed-base Tower experience, a previous Tower rating or ATCS certification, facility-rating, and SECRET clearance eligibility. Day shift, Biggs AAF.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Army fixed-base Tower experience.
• Previous Tower rating prior to employment; ATCS certification required before appointment.
• Must be facility-rated before assuming ATC duties and must maintain an active Army Class IV flight physical (DD Form 2992).
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain SECRET (Tier 3).
• Cannot be combined with the AIC Training Supervisor or any other PWS key position.
• Valid driver's license; available for day-shift phase-in and full performance at Biggs Tower.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, direct, and supervise facility training of assigned Tower personnel, including classroom and self-study.
• Develop and maintain local course material, training aids, and control scenarios that supplement the Facility Training Program.
• Evaluate trainee capability and progress; maintain training records; ensure and conduct position qualification of trainees.
• Recommend proficiency or remedial training to the ATC Facility Chief based on observation and supervisory comments.
• Administer biennial written exams and conduct skill evaluations.
• Report trainee progression to the Site Manager and conduct position qualification evaluations.
• Make training materials available to the COR on request. Training of designated military controllers, when required, follows TC 3-04.15.

POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Dynamic Science, Inc. is recruiting one dedicated ATC Training Supervisor for Biggs Tower, contingent on award of W911S826RA015. The Training Supervisor plans and runs Tower training on the day shift. The position is not combined with the AIC Training Supervisor and is not a scheduled control seat except for currency required by TC 3-04.15.
