Job summary

Dynamic Science, Inc. is seeking an ATC Administrative Shift Supervisor for Biggs Tower, contingent on award of the contract. You will oversee Tower watch operations across Day, Second, and Third shifts, ensuring 24/7/365 coverage and compliance.

Responsibilities include directing subordinates, maintaining communication lines, evaluating personnel, and ensuring timely emergency coordination. U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Army fixed-base Tower experience.
• Must hold a current facility rating and FAA CTO.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain SECRET (Tier 3) clearance.
• Not eligible for other PWS key titles; cannot be combined with AIC.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and federal holidays; valid driver's license.

• Manage efficiency of Tower operations during the assigned 8-hour watch and perform normal ATC duties in addition to supervision.
• Assign and direct all phases of subordinates' work on the watch.
• Ensure interfacility coordination lines, crash/alert phones, and emergency lines are monitored during scheduled hours and answered within ten (10) seconds.
• Ensure personnel receive OJT and conduct controller evaluations on DA Form 3479-1-R.
• Conduct position qualification evaluations when directed by the Facility Chief or Training Supervisor. Do not conduct biennial skill evaluations.
• Hold a current facility rating and FAA CTO to assist and advise controllers during emergencies.
• Maintain facility records, ensure currency and proficiency, notify search-and-rescue of aircraft in distress, and report equipment outages.

POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Dynamic Science, Inc. is recruiting dedicated ATC Administrative Shift Supervisors for Biggs Tower, contingent on award of W911S826RA015. These supervisors manage Tower watch efficiency across the three daily shifts that keep the facility open 24/7/365. The position is not combined with the AIC Administrative Shift Supervisor. Multiple incumbents will be hired to cover Day, Second, and Third shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of Army fixed-base Tower experience controlling aircraft at Army locations.
• Previous Tower rating prior to employment.
• Must be facility-rated before assuming ATC duties and must maintain an active Army Class IV flight physical (DD Form 2992).
• Current facility rating and FAA CTO (AC Form 8060-1).
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain SECRET (Tier 3).
• Cannot be combined with any AIC position or any other PWS key title.
• Able to work rotating or assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and Federal holidays. Valid driver's license.

Schedule and Place of Performance

One of three watches: Day 0800-1600, Second 1600-2400, or Third 0000-0800, seven days a week including Federal holidays. Primary place of performance is Biggs AAF, Building 13488, with AIC backup operations at Building 11210. Work is on a non-personal services contract.
