Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Training Instructional Supervisor to lead on-site Air Traffic Controller training services at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK. The role supervises contractor staff within the Terminal Radar Domain under the CTS program.

The ideal candidate has CPC ATCS experience, a high school diploma or GED, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. This is a full-time on-site position with potential for on-site work as required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• The Training Instructional Supervisor must have qualifications equivalent to those required of an Instructor within the area of expertise they will supervise.
• Candidates for this position shall have a minimum of 3 years of CPC ATCS experience in a FAA civilian TRACON or other equivalent civilian facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the activities of Contractor personnel providing support within a particular instructional area under this contract.
• Supervise on-site Air Traffic Controller training services in the Terminal Radar (RTF) Domain at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Ensure the training program is delivered to meet FAA standards and contract requirements.
