UCHealth Medical Group seeks a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Mason Primary Care Clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado in an asynchronous medicine role. The position emphasizes patient messaging, order management, and care coordination within a collaborative Internal Medicine clinic.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of Family Medicine experience, PA-C or NP certification, and an ability to work autonomously within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing, PA/NP credentialing per role.
• Unrestricted license to practice as PA or NP in Colorado.
• PA-C or NP certification required for hire and maintained throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Responding to patient messages with evidence-based clinical guidance.
• Ordering labs and diagnostic tests.
• Managing prescription refill requests.
• Facilitating specialty referrals.
• Seeing same-day acute care patients.
• Support four 10-hour days, weekdays only, with no on-call requirements.
