Job summary

UCHealth Medical Group in Fort Morgan, CO seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care across the lifespan. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to support whole-person health, focusing on acute and same-day visits.

The role offers a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling options and access to Epic EMR and Abridge AI scribe to enhance clinical workflows. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent
• Current unrestricted Colorado PA license or NP license
• Prescriptive authority as applicable for PA/NP
• PA-C or NP board certification (NCCPA/ANCC/AANPCB) and license to practice
• Prescriptive authority and DEA permit
• Ability to obtain Medicare/Medicaid provider status
• BLS certification
• Two to three years in Family Medicine preferred
• Bilingual abilities preferred
