UCHealth Medical Group invites applications for a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Mason Primary Care Clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado. This asynchronous medicine role blends indirect and same-day patient care with a four-day, 10-hour schedule and no on-call duties.

The ideal candidate will hold an appropriate PA or NP credential, unrestricted Colorado licensure, and current certs (PA-C or ANCC/AANPCB).

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree or higher is required for hire (if applying as NP).
• Unrestricted license to practice as a PA in Colorado, or NP licensure in state of practice.
• PA-C or NP certification must be current for employment.
• Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications.
• Eligible to bill for services with Medicare/Medicaid; no sanctions or exclusions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide indirect patient care and same-day patient care services.
• Support established patient population at Mason Primary Care Clinic in Fort Collins.
• Maintain flexibility with a four 10-hour day schedule; weekdays only; no on-call duties.
• Contribute to improving access and streamlining clinic workflows.
