Job summary

The role involves supervising workflow, directing access to immigration systems, and guiding colleagues and customers on immigration applications.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-11 level or equivalent
• Ability to evaluate workflow processes and recommend improvements
• Ability to use systems/databases to research immigration status or eligibility
• Ability to prepare documentation or reports related to immigration or administrative processing
