Job summary

U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command is seeking staff to administer ASVAB tests at MEPS or other remote testing sites. The position provides no guaranteed weekly hours and assignments are made on an intermittent as-needed basis.

Applicants should have at least one year of general clerical/office experience and be able to present instructions clearly. Experience with automated reporting systems and strong customer service skills are valued.

Qualifications

• General Experience: One year of general experience in clerical/office work.
• Experience presenting oral instructions to individuals and/or groups.
• Experience using automated systems to provide reports and information.
• Education: Two years of education above the high school level in an accredited school or university.

Responsibilities

• Administers written or computer based ASVAB Enlistment Tests at MEPS or remote sites.
• Tests determine qualifications for military service enlistment.
• Work hours are intermittent and assigned on an as-needed basis.
