Job summary

Terrestris is seeking an on-site Navy RTC ASVAB Mathematics & STEM Project Lead / Instructor at Naval Station Great Lakes, IL to manage instructors, curricula, and program quality for FSPC. You will serve as the primary contract liaison with the Navy, ensure certifications, and drive program improvement in a high-visibility military training setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mathematics or related field (master’s preferred), U.S.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a favorable background check (Tier 3/CAC).
A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Reading Education, or related field (master’s preferred).
Minimum 2 years of teaching or military/training environment experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate instructors and curriculum team to cover classrooms, tutoring, and study halls.
Attend weekly COR meetings and serve as primary liaison on contract matters.
Ensure instructors obtain and maintain required certifications and address deficient performance.
Prepare quarterly program success reports with baselines, progress, and recommendations.
Collaborate with curriculum developers and LSO to keep math and reading content current.
Maintain secure student and program records including PII/CUI.
Monitor classroom equipment and facilities and report safety or supply issues.
Administer Quality Control Plan and advise Navy leadership on staffing or recruit issues.
