Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Assurance Technology Manager to lead and coordinate technology operations, user support, and major implementation initiatives across the Assurance practice. You will oversee day-to-day support, act as an escalation point, and drive the transition from the current audit platform to the Audit Platform of the Future (APF).

You will establish scalable support processes, improve data quality, and develop training materials while supporting AI-enabled audit tools and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience supporting Assurance or audit technology operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, coordinate support personnel and manage service levels.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in data integrity and process execution.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to Assurance Technology support staff.
• Manage support queues, SLAs, and escalation processes.
• Monitor trends to identify education and process improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation and rollout of Assurance technology initiatives.
• Coordinate APF testing, migration, and ongoing operations.
• Oversee data migration and validate migrated information.
• Support training programs and technology enablement for adoption.
• Maintain user guides and knowledge base content.
• Support AI-enabled audit tools and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and scale tech processes.
