Baker Tilly is seeking an Assurance Technology Manager in the Chicago area to lead technology operations across the Assurance practice. You will coach support staff, manage incidents and migrations to the APF, and ensure data integrity and scalable processes.

This role emphasizes collaboration with engagement teams and ongoing technology enablement. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Assurance or audit technology operations, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supporting Assurance or audit technology operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating teams and projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight and direction to Assurance Technology support personnel and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Manage support queues, SLAs, tracking records, and escalation processes; act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Monitor trends to identify opportunities for user education and process improvements.
• Support implementation of Assurance technology initiatives and software rollouts, including post-implementation support.
• Coordinate APF testing, implementation, and migration activities; oversee data migration and validation.
• Support engagement teams during technology transitions and identify risks affecting implementation.
