Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Eligible to obtain CPA license.
• Three (3) years of experience providing financial statement auditing services in a public accounting firm.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and supervise audit engagements for middle-market clients.
• Plan and supervise execution of all audit activities.
• Review substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business implications of testing results with management and partners.
• Engage in coaching and mentoring within the team.
• Build client relationships through proactive networking and service excellence.
• Support firm-wide learning and development programs and Baker TillyCare initiatives.
