Qualificações

• 4-year degree and at least 3 years of audit experience.
• CPA preferred or pursuing CPA.
• Experience providing financial statement auditing in a public accounting firm.
• Industry experience in not-for-profit, manufacturing and distribution, construction, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather information for testing and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise the execution of all audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Conduct and review tests to assess internal controls and propose improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Manager and Partner based on testing results.
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs.
• Network and build relationships internally and with clients using entrepreneurial skills.
• Support the growth and development of team members through Baker TillyCare and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet goals.
