RSM US LLP seeks an experienced Assurance Partner to lead and grow our Government Contracting practice, serving clients in government contracting, aerospace, and defense. You will direct engagement teams, cultivate executive relationships, and collaborate across borders to ensure consistent delivery and client experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and strong technical mastery of US GAAP/GAAS, with a focus on risk-based audits and multi-entity engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Active CPA (or equivalent) required in state of residence.
• 13+ years of progressive public accounting/audit experience with large/complex engagements.
• Proven ability to build and grow a substantial client portfolio and drive profitability.
