CLA is seeking an Assurance Manager or Director to join our Financial Services Group. You will lead audit engagements for financial institutions, delivering high-quality services while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, this role focuses on engagement quality, mentoring teams, and driving business development, with a strong emphasis on client service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA required.

Responsabilités

In this role, you will lead assurance and audit engagements for financial institution clients, delivering high-quality audit, review, and compilation services while serving as a trusted advisor to clients while driving engagement quality, team development, and exceptional client service. This role can be based in one of our strategic growth markets, in our Pacific Northwest offices.

The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $105,000.00 - $181,000.00
