Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
• 2 years of experience in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building while serving clients in one or a combination of the following industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide audit services, demonstrating value beyond regulatory mandate.
• Plan and perform audit procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAS and PCAOB rules.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues on a timely basis with clear insights.
• Manage and motivate diverse teams, monitor progress, and deliver quality client services.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and networks, and cultivate business development opportunities.
