Job summary

Sorren in Idaho seeks an experienced assurance professional to lead complex engagements, including audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures. You will apply GAAP/GAAS expertise, plan engagements, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure compliance.

You will supervise and mentor staff, review workpapers and financial statements, communicate with clients, develop new proposals, and help foster strong relationships while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of assurance experience.
  • CPA license or eligible.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Expertise in audit standards and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to manage complex engagements and align with firm goals.
  • Proficiency in audit software and related tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor team members and collaborate with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple engagements effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical thinking to address complex audit and accounting issues.
  • Full-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines.

Responsibilities

Position Summary and Responsibilities

Compensation

California compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $143,000.

Colorado compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $143,000.

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Discretionary incentive compensation is based on firm, group, and individual performance.
