What You’ll Actually Do

• Issue Identification: Identify potential audit issues or unusual financial statement relationships through detailed analytical trend analysis.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Entry-level position requiring a predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting.
• Experience: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), meeting educational requirements for CPA licensure in the base office state, and a demonstrable plan for passing the CPA exam.
• Skills: Excellent English language communication skills, an interest in working with the company's team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model (40-60% in-person), the ability and willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary, access to reliable transportation to/from the company office and client sites, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Bonus: A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred. A driver's license is strongly recommended. Candidates interested in the Government & Public Sector industry must have U.S. citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.
