Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, required
• Pursuing a masters degree in Accounting, preferred

Responsibilities

• Participates in a structured on-the-job training program and becomes familiar with GAAP and GAAS
• Becomes familiar with BDO audit methodology to assist with audit process
• Provides support functions to audit staff during engagement
• Communicates with clients and related parties about audit issues
• Prepares and documents work in working papers using BDO tools and templates
• Contributes ideas to audit teams and responds to team members' views
• Completes an accounting or audit research project and presents findings
• Other duties as required
