Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, required.
• Pursuing a master's degree in Accounting, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a structured on-the-job training program and become familiar with GAAP and GAAS.
• Becomes familiar with BDO audit methodology to assist with stages of the audit process.
• Provides support functions to the audit staff during engagements.
• Communicates with clients' customers, creditors, banks about audit issues.
• Prepares and documents work in working papers using BDO templates.
• Contributes ideas to audit teams and listens to others.
• Completes a research project and presents findings to Assurance panel.
• Other duties as required.
