Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, required.
• Pursuing a Masters degree in Accounting, preferred.
• Leadership experience, preferred.
• Actively pursuing CPA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a structured on-the-job training program and become familiar with GAAP and GAAS.
• Becomes familiar with BDO audit methodology to assist with audit stages.
• Provides support functions to the audit staff during engagement.
• Communicates with clients' customers, creditors, banks and related parties on audit issues.
• Prepares and documents work in working papers using BDO templates.
• Contributes ideas to the audit teams and listens to team members' views.
• Completes one assigned accounting or audit research project and presents findings to a panel.
• Other duties as required.
