Job summary

Churchill Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician for Evergreen at Plano, a 250-unit senior living community. You’ll work with the Lead Maintenance Technician to address apartment and common area upkeep, ensuring safety and dependable service for residents.

You’ll assist with daily work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance, applying skills in painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing as needed to keep units and shared spaces well-maintained.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA required; CPO certification preferred.
• You’re able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.

Churchill Residential is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Technician for Evergreen at Plano, our 250-unit Senior Living Community. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our Lead Maintenance Technician to keep apartments and common areas in great shape while delivering friendly, dependable service every day.
