Churchill Residential at Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 136-unit Senior Living Community, is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our full-time team. You will work with the Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure apartments and common areas run smoothly and service residents daily.

You’ll assist with maintenance tasks, support make-ready of units, and help with painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs, keeping spaces clean and welcoming for residents and staff alike.

Formación

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements listed in the description.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with apartment maintenance and respond to maintenance needs with a resident-focused attitude.
• Help maintain building exteriors and common areas, including cleaning hallways and keeping spaces welcoming.
• Support make-ready preparations for new and turnover apartments following procedures.
• Contribute to repairs across areas including painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments and community running smoothly. You’ll help deliver great service every day while supporting a wide range of apartment maintenance needs.

What you’ll do

• Assist with apartment maintenance and respond to maintenance needs with a friendly, resident-focused attitude

• Help maintain building exteriors and common areas, including picking up trash and keeping hallways clean and welcoming

• Support timely make-ready preparations for new and turn-over apartments, following company procedures and policies

• Contribute to repairs and general maintenance across multiple areas, including painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of prior apartment maintenance experience

• EPA certification required

• CPO certification preferred

• Ability to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description
