Elior North America in Dallas is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director to join the Trio-Community-Meals account. You will help oversee culinary, safety and sanitation, and daily operations to deliver high quality meals and friendly service.

You will recruit, train, and retain a large staff including chefs and catering teams, lead with strong communication, and ensure the business runs professionally and profitably.

Competenze

• Must have at least two years in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant foodservice director to our Community meals team in Dallas. As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.
